Contact surfaces are a significant factor in the transmission of diseases. In most cases, such surfaces stand out as particularly risky, which one would not even think of at first. In order to offer the more than 800 employees of the renowned Luxembourg electricity and natural gas network operator Creos, a joint concept was developed together with the BactoAttaQ® Coating Team to permanently provide the highest possible hygiene standards for the employees.
The coating work could be carried out in just one weekend, so that there was no disruption to regular working operations. The coating will remain in place for a longer period of 365 days. During this period, no further measures are necessary to keep the self-disinfecting surface coating intact.
